RETURN & REFUND POLICY
General Information
Agreement
All sales are final and non-refundable & in rare cases due to our errors or we may at our sole discretions make an exception for the followings :
• Counterfeit : If the products sold by us is deemed counterfeit by manufacturers and sold by ASICMINERS.
• Major defect : Major defects hindering the hardware to be used for its purposes by the manufacturers and sold by ASICMINERS.
• Pricing error : If there is a pricing error, ASICMINERS will adjust the pricing once discovered and while we strive to keep product listings up to date, prices may still differ. In such cases, we will contact you to pay the price variances or cancelling the order and notifying you. All our prices on the site are in GBP.
• Price increment : Market fluctuations and the fast-moving nature, prices of equipment can change quickly and if such cases happen, we will contact you to settle the price difference or arrange a refund.
• Out-of-stock : Rapid changes in the market and stock availability, there may be instances where an item goes out of stock after you’ve submitted your order. In such cases we may need to cancel your order and we will proceed to arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Refunding Timeline
• (1-3) working days if paid via cryptocurrency.
• (7-10) workings days if paid via bank transfer.
• (21-30) working days if paid by credit/debit cards.
ASICMINERS apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your continuous support.
Warranty Limitations
• New hardware and equipment, manufacturer’s warranty are between 6-12 months.
• Used hardware and equipment, there is NO manufacturer’s warranty or manufactures after-sales services but ASICMINERS will provide bench testing videos and statistic reports for a nominal fee. If you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and shipment.
• During manufacturer’s warranty period, purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping due to repairs or any applicable charges applicable.
• Hardware and equipment which are out of manufacturer’s warranty and requiring the returned to the service centre, purchaser will bear all logistics, customs clearance and maintenance charges.
• In regards to hardware operating system issues, you can contact our technical support for remote assistance and if further assistance is required, please contact us and send your hardware to our partners repair centre.
• ASICMINERS strategic partners of leading hardware and equipment manufacturers such as BITMAN, BITBEER, MICROBT & AURADINE service centres are staffed by experienced technicians who are familiar with all their equipment and are able to provide you with professional advices.
• If the problem cannot be resolved, we will happy to provide you with instructions on how to discard the broken equipment.
IMPORTANT
• All applicable charges (if any) regarding the return of a product to the manufactures’ service centre shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• The duration of repair shall depend problems encountered and the availability of replacement parts.
• For product warranty, you can go to the Inquiry section of the manufacturer’s website and check the serial number (SN).• Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to the equipment due to abuse, failure to follow operating instructions or physical damage due to improper operations.
