Once you have decided on the hardwares & locations, we will send you a contract. Upon signing the contract & providing payment proof, we will start the shipping process.
We ship your hardware fully insured to the desired hosting location, which usually takes 10-14 days. In exceptional cases, a go-live can take up to 4 weeks.
Your desired pool & wallet information is stored on your hardwares & your mined coins will go directly to your wallet address not through our company (unless hardwares purchased under in-house installment plans)
During our contractual period, we will maintain communications & technical support through various channels - (Emails, WhatsApp, Line, Telegram & WeChat)
You conclude your hosting contract with Atlantic Assets Management Limited and the contract is legally binding under Thailand Commercial Laws. We will be available during office hours (Bangkok Time) 9:00-19:00 to assist you with your enquiries.

The hosting prices already include all services such as space rental, cleaning and maintenance, firmware updates, reboot services and the entire pro rata infrastructure on site. We are also happy to advise you free of charge during the mining process on your individual mining strategy and adapt framework factors or follow-up investments to your needs.
When you purchase hardware from us, ownership is transferred to you and you are the owner of the hardware at all times.
Each of the mining farms has a modern infrastructure (e.g. optimum climate control concepts and security systems), which ensures smooth operation. In addition, the hosting locations have service personnel/technicians who ensure the smooth operation of your miners.
All our locations can be visited by appointment! (3 free visits annually accompanied by local in-house technicians, further visitation will incurred a nominal fees)

The electrical cost will depend on the hosting service locations, hardware model and the amount of computing power that is being used. These can be significant and have a big impact on profitability.
If there are defects, our technician will fix it immediately FREE OF CHARGE. We will try to fix the hardware at the hosting location. In the event of major defects, we will send the hardware directly to the manufacturer. (Chargeable if it is outside the manufacturer warranty period.)
We do not offer a “buy-back” service but we can assist in finding a potential buyer. In general, we can find interested party to buy the hardware very quickly especially if the hardware is already in the hosting location.

The hardware prices are based on current market conditions which are heavily influenced by the crypto market. For this reason, we adjust them frequently to offer you the most current market rate possible.
We will send you the invoice via Email either weekly, biweekly or monthly, it will depend on the agreement you had with us. There will be additional 7% VAT charges (Until September’25) on top of the electricity charges.

Due to security reason, you do not get (VPN access) to your miner, we will store the pool & wallet information on your hardware & we will also keep your miner updated with latest firmware. If you have 50 or more miners, we can setup a guest Antsentry account for you to access your miners information.
The minimum period for the contract will be 1 year (12 months). We are happy to offer you longer term.
• If you are paying the full hosting & electrical annual fees, we can offer you better discounted rates.
You can choose to renew and extend the contract if you think we had done a reasonable good job or we can send your hardware to your desired location.
Regarding taxation of income earned from cryptomining, its will be better to seek advice from your tax advisor as every jurisdiction have different rules. We are happy to introduce you to our accountant, who can advise and assist you better.
