1. Instapay (International):

• We accept USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, please contact us via our official channels and we will provide you with our wallets address.
• There are NO surcharge.
• The payment is instantaneously.

2. Metapay (International):

• We accept all debit & credit cards payment issued by major cards network (Visa, Master, JCB, Unionpay) on Facebook & Instagram Messenger.
• There are 3.5% surcharge.
• The payment is T+1 meaning we will only receive your payment the next day.
• Your order will only be processed after your payment had cleared with our partner.

3. 2C2P (International):

• We accept all debit & credit cards payment issued by major cards network (Visa, Master, JCB, Unionpay)
• E-wallets (Most e-wallets available)
• There are 3.5% surcharge.
• The payment is T+1 meaning we will only receive your payment the next day.
• Your order will only be processed after your payment cleared with our partner.

4. Bank Transfer (USA, UK, EEA):

• We can receive local currency via bank transfer (USD, EUROS, GBP).
• USD bank transfer via ACH, the transfer is T+3 meaning we will only receive your payment in 3 days time.
• EUROS/GBP bank transfer via SEPA/FPS is instantaneously.
• There are NO surcharge.
• Your order will only be processed after your payment cleared with our partner.

5. K-Payment Gateway (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan):

• We accept all debit & credit cards payment issued by major cards network (Visa, Master, JCB, Unionpay)
• Local e-wallets.
• There are 2.5% surcharge.
• The payment is T+1 meaning we will only receive your payment the next day.
• Your order will only be processed after your payment cleared with our partner.

6. QR Pay (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan):

• We accept QR payment by all banks stated.
• There are NO surcharge but FX rates may apply.
• The payment is instantaneous.

7. Billpay (Malaysia & Thailand)

You can print out invoice that we had provided and pay at the following countries/locations payment counters (Cash only):

• (Malaysia): Public Bank, Bangkok Bank (Malaysia), 7-11, Central Aeon Mall, Matsumoto, Robinson, B2S.
• (Thailand): Bank counters, SuperRich Currency Exchange, Jiffy, Jaymart, Big C, Srisawad, Max Value, Thaweeyont.
• There are NO surcharge
• This payment is instantaneous.
• Please contact us and show us the receipt number (MTN) after you paid.
• Your order will only be processed after your payment cleared with our partner.

Delivery & Shipping

General Information

• Hardware & Equipment: Ready stock will ship the following business day upon payment clearance.
• Bulk-Order: We may take additional 2-3 business days to ship the products upon payment clearance.
• Pre-Order: Depending on the factory’s output schedule, the estimated delivery time should be generally accurate but delays may occur. If there are production delayed, ASICMINERS will contact you via email.
• Bulky equipment: Mostly delivered by sea freight due to the weight of the cargo, we have warehouses in Thailand, USA & Europe. Please inform us your nearest receiving ports so we can ship the products to you from our nearest warehouse.

Important

• ASICMINERS offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. We provide worldwide delivery (Customer choice): UPS, DHL, FEDEX, EMS, TNT, CAINIAO.
• ASICMINERS has multiple warehouses in Thailand (Bangkok), USA (Texas), Germany (Hamburg). ASICMINERS will be shipping from one of these warehouses based on customers’ requirements.
• Bulky equipment will be shipped to you via sea freight, receiving points in different regions will incur different import taxes. It is highly recommended that you contact customer service to confirm address details and calculate applicable costs before placing an order.
• In some countries we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping: United States, Canada, UAE, UK and Germany. If you need DDP shipping, contact online customer service.
• We accept self-pick up, please confirm your arrival time and related information with us at least 3 days in advance.
• Special shipping requests, please contact customer care and confirm with us before payment.
• Wrong delivery address, please contact us promptly. We will contact the logistic company to try solve the problem. ASICMINERS can only shipped orders to the country where the initial order is placed.
• Changing of delivery address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your delivery can be amended. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address.
• Please ensure that you provide the correct name, address, and contact information when placing an order to ensure successful delivery.
• In cases where parcels are returned as undeliverable, we will re-dispatch the order, but any additional charges (“Return Expenses”) will be your responsibility.

Importation Taxes

• The product sold by ASICMINERS do not include shipping, customs duties, or other taxes. Purchaser are responsible for all applicable charges based on the regulations of your domicile country. If the equipment are delayed or returned to our warehouse due to insufficient documentations or other reasons, you will bear all the additional charges.
• We CANNOT reduce your import taxes by providing a lower invoice as ASICMINERS is a fully compliance and VAT registered company. Tax fraud in Thailand is punishable up to 10 years of jail and compulsory penalty of 5x the taxation amount evaded.
• We will try our best to ensure that taxes or customs duties do not have a significant impact on your overall price.

Tracking

• After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the waybill number. You can click the link and go to the courier company’s official website to check your package shipment status.
• ASICMINERS products are generally high value, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
• Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, ASICMINERS will consider your acceptance of the package. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the checklist.

The steps as following:

• The video is continuous, uninterrupted, with no editing, to ensure that the goods are clearly and completely presented in the camera.
• The video must be complete and clearly reflect the courier note, SN code on the box, and waybill number.
• After unpacking the package, please check the item carefully to confirm that there is no problem with the item. After, you can end the video.
• If there is a problem with the item, please show it in the video and inform us immediately.
